Berkshire Explorers, Sexual health project (2009)
We felt it was very worthwhile and it worked well as a lead for the rest of the project.

Spotlight were brilliant and proof that theatre is a fantastically effective way to get your point across.

Berkshire West Primary Care Trust (2008)
Berkshire West PCT is committed to putting diversity issues high on the agenda, which is why we invited Spotlight on Diversity to work with our Directors and Senior Clinicians at the highest level – so that our learning can be cascaded throughout the organization. We found the workshop to be very stimulating – working in this interactive way through drama made us all really think about how the issues affect people’s lives – and we didn’t even have to do any “acting” ourselves! In an unthreatening environment we had an opportunity to challenge ourselves and our attitudes and the Action Plans we put together at the end of the session will be used to plan how we make Berkshire West PCT really embrace diversity for our staff and patients.

New Untapped Workforce Project (2007 - 2008)
Through their role plays of very realistic workplace scenarios, the Spotlight group have taken diversity training out of the theoretical and shown how it should be a key part of daily life. Whether you are already familiar with this subject, or whether you just want to learn more in a safe, friendly environment, the Spotlight formula will make you think, challenge your assumptions and you will be amazed how much you can learn from their events.
Their format will work for all sectors, all types of companies and organisations as the characters they play will be recognisable to everyone. I just wish we had had more time and funding to put on more sessions!

It was a powerful presentation: both content and delivery were engaging and got key issues across in an interesting way.

Reading Diversity Conference (2005)
The drama and forum theatre were the most popular aspects of the conference with nearly 80% of delegates rating them as excellent.
