Spotlight on Diversity is not just another training provider. We live with diversity issues and prejudice, whether personally or professionally. Using drama allows you to experience those issues first hand, in a safe environment. 

We can provide bespoke training in your workplace on diversity and equality. Select from a menu of performance, hot-seating, forum theatre and workshops, covering topics such as challenging discriminatory behaviour and putting policies into practice. We will work with you to design training that is effective, enjoyable and stimulating.
